MCEL-type Bucket Elevator

The head wheel adopts the rubber cover technology. It increases the friction coefficient and prevents from the leather belt skidding, disalignment, enhances the drive efficiency.

The machine bed utilizes the gravity tension form. The tail wheel employs the spoke type self-cleaning structure. It effectively prevents the matters from sticking to the wheels which would badly influence the hoisting results.

The top is allocated with non-return device. It can avoid the material blockage caused by inversion of the hoisting belt due to the emergency stop.

It uses the high intensity plastic or iron dustpan. It has the advantages of the high strength, large loaded coefficient.

All the positions which have been impacted by the materials are installed with dischargeable polymers of anti-wear high manganese steel plate.

It is allocated with the safety protection devices such as the inspection door, observation window, dust-collection exhaust inlet, speed detection, disalignment, anti-blockage, axle temperature detection etc.

The overall frame is of the pleasing appearance, large hoisting volume, fine air-tightness, long service life, low energy loss and low materials' damage rate.

It is widely applicable for the vertical transport of the large tonnage, super-high granules, powder type matters in the port, wharf, silo and so on.
